you dont use options explicit or whatever its called

I dont see many features in my excel compared to your video
I dont see developer,macros etc

Hi Moses,
You need to enable the Developer ribbon. Please follow this lesson for instructions how to enable it. You should be able to right click on the ribbon and select Developer which is deselected by default.
